Monday Movie Art

I recently contributed to Mike Harman's ongoing Monday Movie Art project ( I say recently, it was about a month ago now but I've just got back off a holiday and am just catching everything up to speed!). The idea is contributors produce a piece of artwork for a movie, any movie they want, and then others guess what the movie is. I think Mike has some sort of points system going on but I dunno...

If anything it's a quick, fun and easy way of being involved in a creative collaboration with other like-minded people...so give it a go, I'm sure I'll produce another piece in the coming months.

Urban Sketch Posse!

I've recently been taking part in an urban sketch group that's started up in Hull. Met some interesting people and got some great life-drawing practice out of it. I'm spending a couple of weeks on the Isle of Wight starting from tomorrow so I'll be taking the sketchbook down with me and making a few additions.
